Located in the heart of the Village at Bay Harbor, the Swim & Fitness Club is available to Bay Harbor Village Hotel & Conference Center guests. With a 4-lane competition length seasonal pool and spacious jacuzzi overlooking the Bay Harbor Lake Marina, guests can relax poolside all day or enjoy endless family activities.
Families can enjoy the assortment of swim lessons, league, movies nights as well as classes for all ages. A continuous lap swim is available each morning while poolside food and beverage service is available all day during pool hours. The wireless internet allows you to stay connected as you spend the day relaxing with the family and creating endless memories.

Gentle and restorative body conditioning using our natural buoyancy and water’s calming support. Improve circulation and flexibility with near weightless ease. This class is great for beginners to intermediate level participants.
Beach Pilates • $35/person
Beach Pilates (Mat) is a series of Pilates exercises performed on a mat without equipment. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, flexibility, strength and balance. Instructors will pay special attention to alignment and form.
Beginner Yoga • $15/person
Perfect for your first class, begin here with the basics. Welcoming all shapes, sizes and ages, we learn body awareness and breathing resulting in stress and tension relief. Hop on the mat and start to build the fundamentals of yoga and begin to improve strength, flexibility and body awareness through this guided and supportive class.

Crazy Tic-Tac-Toe • Complementary
Take part in a two-team challenge with life-size Tic-Tac-Toe! Relay with water balloons and beat the other team on the large grass playing field. Participants of all ages welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult. Crazy Tic-Tac-Toe begins around 3:00pm each Sunday throughout the summer. Contact the Swim & Fitness Club for details.
Family Fun Yoga • $20/adult - 12 & under are free*
Carve out time for a healthy activity the whole family can enjoy. Fun for the whole family! Animal poses, nature breathing, and laughter yoga. Build body awareness and cooperation with partner yoga and acro-yoga. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Appropriate for kindergarteners through all the elementary ages.12 & under are free. Up to 3 kids free per adult, please call ahead if you have more than 3 kids per adult participating in the class.

Dance your worries away with Zumba! Zumba is a “FEEL HAPPY” workout that comes from Colombia. This fusion of Latin and International dance music is sure to create a dynamic workout. Zumba targets areas such as the gluteus, legs, arms, abdominals and most importantly - the heart.

Carrie deVore, Founder & Teacher-trainer of C...Pilates, and senior certified Pilates instructor fell in love with Pilates in 1993 which quickly led to becoming a certified instructor. Since opening her studio in 2003, she added Pre/postnatal and Ballet Barre (Xtend) to her certified repertoire. She believes in kind, caring instruction, but also loves to challenge when the challenge is appropriate. She believes in working with smaller safer pilates moves which makes for a smarter, stronger body.
Sarah Lange is a Stott certified Pilates Instructor, Nationally certified Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. In addition to teaching at C...Pilates, she is the owner of Live Well Acupuncture & Massage.
Dina Panos is a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor and Certified Health Coach and currently working on her Yoga certification. As a former teacher in both education and dance, she is passionate about empowering people to enrich their lives through diet and exercise.
