*Reservation total is due 45 days prior to the arrival.
*Reservation deposits are refundable, less a $200 processing fee if cancellation or modification is made at least 45 days prior to the arrival.
*Cancellations made 44 days or less will result in a forfeiture of the total reservation amount.
*Modifications made 44 days or less will result in a charge equal to one total night’s stay.
*No show reservations will be charged the full reservation amount.
