This venue sits right at the front of the Village, directly on Bay Harbor Lake Marina, and starts as a completely blank slate to bring whatever you imagine- to life. You can even have your ceremony here as well, if you’d like to keep everything in the same area. With a beautiful view of the water, and a one-of-a-kind village backdrop, it will exceed you and your guest’s expectations for this special day. South Marina Lawn
Sitting side-by-side to the North Marina Lawn is our lovely (you guessed it) South Marina Lawn. Enjoy a stunning welcome party right on Bay Harbor Lake, or a peaceful brunch the following day. The South Marina Lawn can be used for many different events! If you’re hooked on the marina vibe, you could have your ceremony on the south lawn, followed by your reception on the North lawn. With both spaces accommodating up to 300 guests, the transition will be seamless. This is, of course, another venue located right on the edge of the water with the outstanding Village backdrop.
Observation Lookout
Another venue that we offer is the observation lookout, located above Little Traverse Bay. This venue is truly one-of-a-kind and undeniably unforgettable for you and your guests. Perched above the crashing waves and passing boats, sits a cement platform accommodating up to 200 guests and comes as a completely blank slate for you to turn your top-of-the-world wedding into reality.
Elevation
If you’re looking for an indoor venue, our Elevation ballroom combines elegance with allure. It’s great for your reception, with room for up to 120 guests. Located on the second floor, the large bay windows give the space a truly magical feel, offering a stunning view of the Village on Main Street that your guests will love throughout the evening. The front of Elevation is also great for cocktail hour, with cozy lounge seating to relax and unwind.
